Compared with the standard torque sensors displayed on our website, these five units incorporate two important design enhancements. The first is the internal placement of strain gauges. By mounting the strain gauges inside the sensor body, we significantly improve mechanical protection, measurement stability, and long-term reliability. This internal structure also contributes to better resistance against environmental factors and mechanical handling during operation.

The second key enhancement is environmental sealing. Once the integrated cable is installed, the sensors achieve an IP67 protection rating, ensuring dependable performance in environments exposed to moisture, dust, or washdown conditions. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, each sensor features a compact dual-flange structure that combines strength, precision, and installation flexibility. To further improve usability, we equipped each unit with a detachable connector and a 3-meter one-piece molded cable assembly. The resulting test data is supplied with each unit, giving customers verified performance information and confidence in measurement accuracy from the start. This level of consistency significantly simplifies system calibration, reduces commissioning time, and enables easy sensor replacement without extensive recalibration.
